Level 1 Enclosure packages are designed to offer a 15dBA average reduction around the enclosure in free field conditions. This can often be done by using a fixed louver for the air intake, a discharge hood for the air discharge, and varying sizes of sound attenuated mineral wool.
Level 2 Enclosure package are designed to offer a 25dBA average reduction around the enclosure in free field conditions. This can often be done by using an intake hood for the air intake, a discharge hood for the air discharge, and varying sizes of sound attenuated mineral wool.
Level 3 Enclosure packages are designed to offer a 35dBA average reduction around the enclosure in free field conditions. This can often be done by using an intake hood for the air intake, a discharge hood for the air discharge, and varying sizes of sound attenuated mineral wool.
Level 4 Enclosure packages are designed to offer a 42dBA average reduction around the enclosure in free field conditions. This can often be done by using an intake hood for the air intake, a discharge hood for the air discharge, and varying sizes of sound attenuated mineral wool.
YES can help with any type of specialty switchgear housing that may be needed. Switchgear enclosures can be customized to fit any application needed. We are able to install central heating and air condition units to keep the room at whatever temps are desired. Switchgear sections can be sent to YES and we will install them and re-wire anything from the factory. For smaller jobs, we are also able to install the gear in a package with the generator set.
